Black Mission Figs are small and teardrop shaped with light red meat inside, along with tiny seeds. Black missions are more compact than brown turkeys not as flashy and melting. They are a great fig to grill in the summer, naked, or wraps panchetta slices. You can also roast and place them on pizza or in a salad tossed with goat, cheese, or blue cheese crumbles.

The New York Strip Steak is one of the most common steaks served at restaurants and steakhouses. Pat LaFrieda’s strips are wonderfully tender, well-marbled, and delicious. New York Strip Steaks are slightly less marbled than a Rib Steak, but they have less of the larger chucks of fat that you find in a Rib Steak. They use center cut Strip Steaks to avoid the vein steaks at the ends that have excessive connective tissue.

Our smokehouse smokes fresh sustainably-raised Atlantic salmon onsite everyday. All of our smoked salmon varieties are all-natural, use no preservatives, and are never frozen before or after smoking. We don’t stock an inventory of smoked salmon—we receive our fish directly from the airport and after inspection it goes right into our smoking process and then out the door to be delivered to our customers.
